1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

•  To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team . Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

1.2 Cancellation by Jalaraam Foods 
We reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: the product being out of stock, errors in pricing or product description, or issues with your payment method. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Return

• Since we are dealing only into perishable items we do not have a return policy. However if you have any complaints on item received we can offer you an exchange of item with equal price 

3. Refund Policy

We provide no refunds becuase we are selling perishable items.
